Honestly it does exactly what you want it to do. I’ve been using this to drive eye lags and drive fence hinge lags. I can’t tell you how much this has made my life easier. To be fair while I gave it 4 stars that is for the wear and deformation of the head from use but with that being said it still works the same as new. I wonder if it is because I used a to powerful impact that was just a little to violent for it. I was using a half inch Dewalt mid torque. Being that the Dewalt mid torque is the strongest in its class I would say it might be more suited to be used with an impact driver rather than an impact wrench.
